Campground Policies
These general policies support a safe and enjoyable stay. Final site-specific terms may also be included with your reservation confirmation.
Reservations
Website submissions are reservation requests only. A campsite is not confirmed until Timber Campground confirms the booking by email.
Arrival & Departure
Guests must follow the arrival, departure, access and site instructions provided with their confirmation.
Site Use
Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean, respecting neighbouring campers, following posted rules, supervising children, and using campground facilities appropriately.
Fire & Weather
Campfires, if allowed, are subject to current fire restrictions and campground instructions. Guests must follow all applicable fire bans, weather advisories and emergency directions.
Vehicles & Equipment
Park only in approved areas. RVs, trailers and camping equipment must fit safely within the assigned site.
Pets
Ask about current pet requirements when reserving. Where permitted, pets must remain under control and owners must clean up after them.
Quiet Enjoyment
Excessive noise, unsafe behaviour, harassment, damage or unlawful activity may result in removal from the property.
Cancellations & Payments
Any campground payment, deposit and cancellation terms will be provided with your reservation confirmation. The Timber Festival Stripe link on the website is not a campground payment link.
